RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Bella Interiors’ ultimate goal is to provide you with quality brands so we have few returns or exchanges. In the event of an exchange or return, our policies are as follows:
IN STORE: Exchange only on regular price items within 7 days. Proof of purchase and original packaging required. All Bedding, Bath, and Discounted items are Final Sale.
ONLINE STORE: Please contact us within 7 days in writing at shop@bellainteriors.ca for Exchange Only on regular price items. Order number and picture of Original Packaging Required. Original shipping will be deducted from the exchange value. Return shipping is at buyers expense.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Bella Interiors inspects all items before shipping. If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us at shop@bellainteriors.ca immediately on receipt of your parcel for instructions.
If the packaging is damaged, please reserve as documentation (i.e. pictures) will be required.
In the event of a refund for damaged goods, the cost of shipping may be deducted from the amount refunded.
