- The ceramic used for grinding coffee beans imparts no metallic flavour to the ground coffee. Essential oils are released just prior to brewing, resulting in an authentic, robust taste.

- Care: To clean the mechanism, remove the grey adjustment wheel to access the ceramic cone, and clean with a stiff brush. For a more thorough cleaning, place the ceramic cone in hot water to dissolve residue. Ceramic must be 100% dry before re-assembly.
